2019 Ford EcoSport Radio/Phone/etc. Does Not Work

2019 Ford EcoSport, anyone having issues with radio blowing a fuse, thus, making my Entertainment screen inoperable?
I have replaced fuse once and a month later, needs replaced again. What is causing this fuse to POP?

I had a problem with the entertainment screen on my new 2021 Ecosport. Took it to the dealer. A new software update just came out a couple of weeks ago, dealer ran update, took about 45 mins, no charge. this fixed the problem.
