Hello! I am new to this forum. I have been having trouble connect to my phone and carplay. The USB plug does not want to connect to my phone. I have changed wires, I tried to use a different phone, and I tried to clean the USB port. It charges phone with USB-C cables perfectly fine. Do y’all think I need to update Sync or change the USB port?
