My 2018 Edge with 2.0L Ecoboost had the dreaded coolant intrusion into the #1 cylinder requiring a long block replacement. About 10 days after the long block was replaced, the check engine light came on with a P0327 knock sensor low voltage code. The dealer used all the old harnesses and wires when replacing the engine. I’ve changed out both knock sensors as well as the fuel injector wiring harness which has the knock sensor male connectors. Still throwing the code P0327. Does this sound familiar to anyone and what was done to resolve the issue. Simplistically speaking, all that’s in that knock sensor circuit is the knock sensor(s), the fuel injector wiring harness, the main wiring harness and the PCM. I‘m taking it back to the dealer soon and would like to have enough information to talk intelligently to the issue.
