Radio settings reset.

Sync seems to reset itself when I shut the vehicle off. When I start it again the radio goes to am 530 and the equalizer resets all to 0. Anyone else notice this?

Mine resets the sound default at night. I chatted with Ford with no help what so ever

I had the same issue since day 1 . There is a TSB for radio changing from FM to AM with no input from driver. I had to go back 2 times and finally got a good services advisor to look into them for me. I was an a/c electric mechanic for ford 20 years ago . They need to reprogram the ECU not update it.
